Maintenance Technician II

Company: Holo Holo Charters

Location: Port Allen, Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on vessels and equipment
• Service and repair diesel engines, plumbing, electronics, and fuel systems
• Maintain trailers, trucks, and dock equipment
• Conduct vessel checks to ensure safety and readiness
• Assist with shop, vessel, and office maintenance projects

Requirements:

• Diesel mechanic experience required; Cummins experience preferred
• Knowledge of marine systems and mechanical repairs
• Ability to work 35–40 hours per week with on-call availability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong leadership to lead, coach, inspire, support, and motivate the team.
• Excellent communication and conversation-management skills.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving.
• Strong time-management and organization; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• High attention to detail; ability to work accurately under pressure and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
